Eight answers for the working day
Short answers for pricing, the letter, and the team.
How do I price a garden?
Type the patio, lawn, fence or deck in metres. Your rate card prices the line. The letter is ready when the price and VAT are filled in.
Where do the day rate and crew days go?
Put the day rate on the rate card. On the garden, type the crew days, or use Suggest days from the areas. Labour is days times that rate, on its own line. If a price already includes labour, tick that and the extra line stays off.
How does VAT get onto the letter?
You choose the VAT treatment for the firm. The letter shows net, VAT and the total when that choice is made. Occupancy does not choose the rate.
How does a customer accept?
They open your link, tick that they accept, and type their name. You print the same acceptance on the letter. You hand them the link.
How do the office and the crew join?
The owner makes a join code and shows it. Office can update the rate card and the book. Crew can read the same card and the gardens.
What does the customer see?
Your company name, phone, logo and the priced letter. Your private notes and the diary stay on the desk.
How long does an estimate stay open?
A new estimate is open for 30 days, or for the number you save on the rate card. You can change or clear the date on one garden.
What is kept on this phone?
Quotes, photos and the rate card stay on this device until you sign in and save the company book. Print and the copy you send yourself stay available here.
